Aperol Spritz

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Part Aperol
  2. 1 Part Prosecco
  3. Splash of Club Soda (again Fever Tree recommended)

Counts:

  1. I typically do something like 5 count Aperol, 5 count Prosecco, 2-3 count club soda to give you a sense.
  2. A count is basically one second, where you are not inverting the bottle, but have it flow at a reasonable pace. Each count is supposed to represent about an ounce of ingredient

Garnish: Orange Slide
Storage: Prosecco definitely in the fridge; I like to put the Aperol in the fridge as well as I like colder drinks, but with the ice, you don’t really have to do that
