Aperol Spritz
Ingredients:
- 1 Part Aperol
- 1 Part Prosecco
- Splash of Club Soda (again Fever Tree recommended)
Counts:
- I typically do something like 5 count Aperol, 5 count Prosecco, 2-3 count club soda to give you a sense.
- A count is basically one second, where you are not inverting the bottle, but have it flow at a reasonable pace. Each count is supposed to represent about an ounce of ingredient
Garnish: Orange Slide
Storage: Prosecco definitely in the fridge; I like to put the Aperol in the fridge as well as I like colder drinks, but with the ice, you don’t really have to do that
